Bought this for the earthy violet-and-amber combo, and it's exactly that—deep woodsy but not overpowering in the shower. The bar holds its shape well and doesn't turn to mush on the dish, which I appreciate.

The bar itself is nicely dense and lathers up well, so a little goes a long way. The woodsy, earthy scent with a hint of violet is pleasant, though it fades a bit faster than I'd like after drying.

The scent is exactly what the description says—herbaceous and earthy with a soft woodsy amber underneath, not at all overpowering. Lathers up nicely and leaves my skin feeling clean without that tight, dry aftermath. Only wish the bar lasted a bit longer, but it's a solid little soap for the price.
